Sea of Clapotis
After aimlessly casting on things for a bit, I decided to buckle down and get the Clapotis I was working on done. I cast on back in May, but ended up setting it down for few weeks. I picked it back up in June, only to get distracted and put it down again. For the last week, I’ve been working on it as much as possible and now have officially reached the half way point. This morning I finished up the seventh repeat of the main body portion.
I’ve been using the chart that stricklady made available and it has made this project a real breeze. Although the pattern itself is quite simple to knit, the written version as presented on Knitty is a bit of a wall of text, which makes it hard to keep your place.
I hope to have it completely finished and off my needles by the end of this month. Then I can cast on the “real” one and begin anew.
